Thanks to everyone who made it to schedule pickup on the 4th. It was nice to start to get to know everyone, and I hope it eased some of the nerves about the new year at Wilson.

We look forward to seeing you again for Back-to-School Night tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11th, from 5:00-7:00. We will have brief parent meetings in the cafeteria at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 PM. Our teachers will be in the hall outside their classrooms for a quick introduction, so you can connect names with faces. Schedules will also be available in the Library if you were unable to be here on the 4th.

Please feel free to reach out anytime if you have any questions or need anything.

-Chris Bilyeu, 6th Grade Center Principal

From your friendly Collinsville Nursing & Health Team:

If you are like us, our home, work, and school checklist is looooong! So, as you are still figuring
out your to-do list for Back-To-School, take a minute and familiarize yourself with your students'
school health portal, better known as “SNAP”. By logging into this website, you can update
personal information, see current vaccination and exemption status, review all current medical
conditions, and access health forms needed for the upcoming school year. It can also email
your campus health staff directly and, most importantly, know where to look if a question or
concern arises! This portal follows your student throughout their education with Collinsville
Public Schools, and works in real time to keep you in the loop with school health visits and
communications related to your student's daily needs. Here is the link to the parent portal:

www.studentehr.com

You will need your student's date of birth and your email address on file with Sylogist to access
the account for the first time. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it!

A couple of tips: this site works BEST on a desktop or laptop computer. You can access it on a
mobile phone or iPad, but it tends to cut off the page. There is currently no App available;
however, I am told by the company that they are looking into it for the future!

Still have questions or problems? Please email brandiglasscock@collinsville.k12.ok.us and I will
get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks and see you in AUGUST!
