Congratulations to our December Character Award Winners!

The character word for December was compassion, and these students stood out by showing empathy and care for others!
Looking ahead, our character word for January is kindness.

Thank You, Wilson Parents!

Thank you to our amazing Wilson parents for spoiling our staff this week! We loved the hot chocolate bar on Tuesday, complete with Christmas cookies, teas, and apple cider. The Mexican feast luncheon on Wednesday was also delicious and greatly appreciated. Your generosity and support mean so much to us, and we are truly grateful!

Christmas Cheer All Week Long

Our Christmas Dress-Up Days were a huge hit this week! Students showed their holiday spirit during Christmas Hat & Accessories Day, Ugly Christmas Sweater/Ugly Socks Day, Grinch Day, Christmas Pajama Day, and Christmas Head-to-Toe Day. So much fun and festive cheer!

Thank You, Toys for Tots!

Thank you to Toys for Tots of Bartlesville for generously providing gifts for our students. Each student received a book and two toys, helping make this season extra special. We are so grateful for their support and kindness!

Retro Reindeer Bring Holiday Cheer

In Mrs. Wilson’s art class, students designed retro reindeer pieces inspired by vintage holiday style. Each project highlighted creativity, color, and unique artistic expression.

Dramatic Arts Performance Spotlight

Students in Dramatic Arts presented Stealing the North Pole and The Wizard of Oz today and did a fantastic job! From creative set designs to well-written scripts and confident performances, their hard work truly showed. Great job to our talented students and to Mrs. Shilling for guiding such an impressive production!

Tinsel & Jingle Bring Holiday Fun to Our Classrooms

Tinsel and Jingle are making their way through classrooms this month, spreading a little Christmas cheer wherever they land. Students look forward to discovering the elves’ new hiding spots each day, and their visits are bringing extra holiday excitement to the building.

Holiday Door Decorating Contest Winners!

Students and staff voted for their favorite decorated doors this month! Mrs. McNeal’s snowman door won the student vote, while Nurse Haley’s gingerbread door took home the staff favorite. Congratulations to both for spreading so much holiday cheer!

Lab Day in Science!

Recently, students completed a hands-on lab on the rock cycle and rock identification. Using a dichotomous key, they examined each rock’s color, luster, texture, and grain size to determine its classification. It’s always exciting to watch students explore, investigate, and make real scientific connections through hands-on learning!
