On Veteran's Day, our staff and students had the privilege of honoring the veterans in our lives with songs, tributes, and an exceptional speech by MSgt (Ret.) Kevin Caudill! Thank you to our amazing High School Choir, our very own Mrs. Cartwright and Mrs. Sheryl Smith, along with many other staff members, and ALL of our families. This heartwarming experience taught us about courage, sacrifice, and honor!

Our 5th Grade students honored our veterans and celebrated their sacrifice at the annual Veteran's Day Parade in downtown Collinsville:

Students and members of Discovery Church served the CUE by sprucing up our playground! They sanded, stained, and leveled our supervision decks, cleaned benches, crafted a tabletop, trimmed branches, weedeated, and reattached parts of our soccer goals. We are so thankful for the time and effort they put in to enhance our recess time!

Melodie Harper

Mrs. Harper has served the CUE both as a Computer's teacher and 3rd grade teacher. She thrives in creating a fun, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for her students. We are so blessed to have Mrs. Harper here at the CUE!
