6th- 12th Grades 2nd Semester Spring 2026 Test Exemption Plan |
8th Grade Course Requests:
7th Grade Students will complete 8th-grade course requests during Science on April 6th. Students had the opportunity to preview elective and activity groups during our CMS Explore Day. Click the following link to view the elective choices. CMS Electives

OSTP Assessment Information:
April 14th: 7th & 8th Grade ELA State Test (All students will report to the middle school 1st hour. No 1st hour Athletics, Ag, or Band.)
April 15th: 8th Grade Writing Test (All 8th Grade Students will report to the middle school 1st hour. 7th Grade students will follow their normal schedule.)
April 28th: 7th & 8th Grade Math State Test (All students will report to the middle school 1st hour. No 1st hour Athletics, Ag, or Band.)
April 29th: 8th Grade Science State Test (All 8th Grade Students will report to the middle school 1st hour. 7th Grade students will follow their normal schedule.)

Where did you teach before coming to Collinsville?
I taught at Sperry from 1995-1996.
What are your favorite hobbies out of school?
Camping and jogging.
What do you like about Collinsville?
It is my hometown.
What do you like about being an teacher
Everyday is different with Junior High students.
If you could move to anywhere where would it be?
The mountains.

Shoutout to our students and staff who helped make CMS Explore Day possible on Tuesday, March 31, 2026! Our students did a great job representing the different classes, electives, and clubs offered at CMS to our incoming 7th and 8th grade students.

Shoutout to our CMS FCCLA Officers for attending the State Convention on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Arvest Convention Center in Tulsa, OK! They had the opportunity to hear from a keynote speaker, attend workshops, and build relationships with other FCCLA officers and members from across the state. Way to represent CMS, FCCLA Officers! |
