PreACT Blue Slip Form
On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, all 10th-grade students will report to CHS at the regular starting time for the PreACT. Students will be allowed to leave after the test is complete; please complete the following form to dismiss your 10th-grade student after testing is finished at 11:30 AM.

CHS Highlights
Matthew Boren is a junior at CHS who is enrolled in the Bio-Medical program at Tulsa Tech.
Matthew is currently in the middle of processing a mock crime scene, trying to determine the cause of death.
