Collinsville High School will be offering two summer driver’s education classes. The cost to attend either class will be $300.00 and enrollment will be based on a first come-first served basis. Students are qualified to take the class if they are or turn 15 during the session.
The first session will be held in June with the second session being held in July. Please send an email with your desire to attend to Mr. Johnston at the middle school. His email address is pjohnston@collinsville.k12.ok.us
Mrs. Klinck's Human Growth and Development class joined together with Mrs. Sallee's kindergarten class to read and encourage the importance of reading everyday.
On March 12th, each high school student was paired with a kindergartener where they completed a get to know you activity, read their favorite book together, then drew their favorite character from the book. Mrs. Klinck's class then took each drawing to SEW each kindergartener's favorite character and bring it to life!
Then, on April 16th, her class returned to the ECC where each kindergartener got to "adopt" their favorite sewn character to take home. They filled out an application, signed an adoption certificate, and received a reading log to encourage daily reading at home.
